Obverse: Central medallion with the All-Seeing Eye above crossed imperial crowns and the dates “1853–1854–1855–1856,” surrounded by radiant sunburst elements.
Reverse: Cyrillic inscription reading: “НА ТЯ ГОСПОДИ УПОВАХОМЪ, ДА НЕ ПОСТЫДИМСЯ ВО ВѢКИ” (“In Thee, O Lord, we have trusted; let us never be put to shame”), within a circular border.
